7.Consumer information (buying things, servicing and repairing cars and other items)

I hope to be able to do in the next 3 months in each of the four skills:Listening, Speaking, Reading,and Writing.


  1. I hope to be able to Listen to a phone message from a medical receptionist changing the date and time of an appointment.
  2. I hope to be able to Describe symptoms to a  pharmacist in order to get an appropriate medication. 
  3. I hope to be able to Read a plain-language text about legislation relevant to own situation, such as employment standards, landlord or tenant law, or driving regulations. 
  4. I hope to be able to Write a letter or email to a friend to describe feeings about a new home town,English class or job. Write a short personal journal to share with a teacher or class.

 Last week just in Chinese New Year, I and my friends celebrated the Chinese New year. I invited my friends to my house for dinner, my friends invited back to me to their house for dinner. I made a new friend is My son's classmate ROY. His mother went to Chinese. My son invited him to my house for dinner every day.
