     last year,  I decided to buy a house before I and my family move to Canada.I friend introduce a agent to me who a Chinese man has been lived in Canada 15 years. My friend told me he is a best agent in Canada.      Agent gave me a few house's information first and let me to know how to buy a house. Then he give me a contract and ask me to sign it. My English is poor so I could not understand this contract. I ask him what about this contract . He answered me:"it is nothing."
   I could not believe this answer so I search a  lawyer on line who can speak Chinese. I met the lawyer and paid 300 dollars for her.She explained this contract to me. If  i signed, i must buy house by this agent .Even i buy house by other agent, I must pay half brokerage to him. He made a big loopholes on the contract. He is a sly man,and he want to screw me. If i overlooked, i would make a big mistake.
    I think we must vigilant on contract .
